Halter sends cattle collars direct-to-Starlink. The New Zealand smart-collar maker now routes data through SpaceX's Starlink, removing the cellular and tower dependencies that gated virtual fencing AI in remote terrain. Boehringer Ingelheim and Eko Health ship CANINEBEAT to vets. Parks Victoria open-sources a 212-species wildlife AI.
