I founded AgentPMT because I could see what was coming — and what was missing. The technology is moving faster than our institutions, faster than our ethics, faster than most people can even process.
What keeps me awake is not the capability of the models. It is the question of whose hands that capability ends up in, and what values will be encoded into the systems that will soon act on our behalf in the real world.
Three things are non-negotiable to me.
AI allows us to build amazing things really quickly. We are on the cusp of a world we can't even imagine.
This is not hyperbole. The rate of progress in generative systems, reasoning, and agentic behavior is unlike anything in recorded history. What used to take teams of people years can now be prototyped in days.
I am not afraid of the speed. I am in awe of it. The danger is not moving too fast. The danger is moving fast while remaining spiritually and philosophically asleep. We have the tools to solve problems that have plagued humanity for centuries. We also have the tools to create new ones at unprecedented scale.
The choice of direction is still ours.
We need to build smarter and leverage what we have to its maximum — not blindly trample that which cannot defend itself against us.
The physical world is finite. The living world is fragile. The next generation will inherit whatever we decide to extract or preserve while we race to ship.
Sustainability for me is not a marketing word. It means refusing to externalize costs onto people, places, and species who have no seat at the table. It means designing systems that amplify existing human and natural capital instead of burning through it to create the illusion of progress.
The same intelligence that can optimize supply chains to the last mile can also be used to waste less, pollute less, and ask better questions before we build. We get to decide which version of intelligence we unleash.
Everyone should have access to this technology. Development should be as decentralized as possible. Limiting it to a few stifles and endangers humanity.
Concentrated power has never been a friend to ordinary people. When the most transformative tools are controlled by a handful of entities — whether states, corporations, or labs — the defaults get set in rooms most of us will never enter.
Decentralization is not chaos. It is resilience. It is the belief that the best ideas, the most humane guardrails, and the most creative uses will come from the edges, not the center. When more people can participate in shaping the intelligence that will shape us back, the outcome is more likely to be worthy of the power we have been given.

With great power comes great responsibility.
